Yes I love this office. The office is super clean and state-of-the-art. I have never been to a Dentist's office where the chairs actually massaged my back. Thanks for making my visit so wonderful.

Dr. Forsmark is the best dentist I've ever had. I was so afraid of the dentist before that I had to take a valium and xanex prescription and needed to be sedated just to show up for my appointments. I've been a patient now for 5 years, he takes his time explaining every procedure so that you understand it and aren't frightened. He genuinly wants you to be comfortable. His office is state-of-the-art, very clean and organized. Dr. Forsmark and staff are friendly and welcoming....I can't say enough good things....I have referred all my friends and family, and they love him too.

Dr. Forsmark did two implants for me. It was so easy, after the procedure I only had to take 2 advil for mild pain, that was it. My new teeth look great! Thanks to everyone for your professional service.

I am very impressed with Dr. Forsmark and staff. This was my first visit, for a cleaning. Heather was the hygenist. Such a nice and friendly person. She did a very thorough job and gave me some great recipes! I love getting my teeth cleaned and this experience was perfect! And Dr. Forsmark is very friendly and down to earth. It's been only 9 months since we moved from Michigan to Florida...no regrets except for one...Jeff and I are soooo missing Dr. Forsmark, Ann and Heather. You would not believe the dentists down here. I have been through three dentist since last November, simply trying to get my teeth cleaned. Each wanted to provide unnecessary services; two attempted to collect additional fees from me although my Delta insurance provided 100% coverage and they were PPO providers...let's just say...this morning, having been scammed another $96 for a procedure that should have been covered 100%...I turned to my husband and told him "it's cheaper, healthier and safer to just fly back to Michigan and make an appointment with Dr. Forsmark." I always thought you and your staff did a wonderful job in the 15+ years that you were my dentist...I apologize for not realizing just how GREAT a job you did. Just wanted to let you know. Give my best to your staff.
